Worked in support of an initiative to establish a real estate function at the corporate level to assess the potential to expand business opportunities in upstate New York. This exercise involved a best practices survey of the following companies and their corporate real estate operations: UPS, Pillsbury, ADP, Pearson Education, Coca Cola Enterprises, BASF, Bristol Myers Squibb and Cox Enterprises. The results of the survey supported the need for a corporate real estate arm to better control costs and drive growth. |

Site Dynamics was hired to support a $5 million USAID (Agency for International Development) project in Macedonia (FYR Macedonia). As part of this project, we evaluated sites across Macedonia for economic development potential, including a review of several brownfield and greenfield sites as well as other initiatives. Site Dynamics generated a set of recommendations for each development type and strategies for Macedonia to implement to promote direct foreign investment. |
